Heather has over 25 years of leadership experience in corporate roles. Currently, she is the Yarn Queen at Yarncom, Head Fiber Freak for Midwest Fiber Festival, and CEO of The Swan Factor, where she helps individuals through transitions. Heather published her first book in 2024 to help fiber artists organize their making to learn new skills and complete their porjects. She coaches makers in their fiber arts, empowering them to learn knitting, crocheting, weaving, and felting to boost their confidence and creativity.
